Consent & Details for Social Media Announcements: To promote your session and inform the community, we'd like to publish details on our social media channels and website. Please also consent in the form above and submit your social media details and photograph for announcements.
Travel & Accommodation Assistance:
If you're traveling from outside Hyderabad and require assistance with travel and accommodation, we are here to help:

For attendees traveling from outside Telangana or AP: We offer a refund of up to 10K against your flight ticket. If you're taking a train or bus, we'll cover the total amount of your ticket with a maximum cap of 6K for a round trip.

We will provide accommodation for up to 2 nights, inclusive of breakfast.

Refunds will be processed post-conference based on the bills you share with us.
Please confirm your accommodation arrangements in the form. Kindly note expenses related to traveling from the hotel to the venue and back and any other costs will have to be borne by you.
Next Steps
- Rehearsals/Mentorship: Post your confirmation; you'll be expected to attend rehearsal sessions. Further details will be shared separately later.
- Scheduling: We'll share the event schedule once we receive all confirmations.
