• Chinmayee and Gyana are going to Wikimania, Singapore.
• Applying through Affiliate: Not happened. Thank us that the show is going on.
• Gyana interacted with two Communities in WCI.
  • Will contribute in Hackathons and Technical sessions.
  • Need suggestion from community, but not getting any response.
  • Will initiate suggestion from community after visa confirmation.
• Chinmayee:
  • Poster presentation in Wikimania regarding Odia Wikipedia.
  • First time in Wikimania. No plans. I will just explore.

• 11 articles by 3 created in this editathon.
• Pritiranjan: No editathon required anymore as no participation from Community.

Rath Yatra Commons

• 280 photos/videos uploaded.
• From South Africa, Amar Barik uploaded.
• From Hyderabad few uploaded.

  • Aliva will go on scholarship. Pankajmala ma'm will go from affiliate scholarship.
• Wikimedia Summit Application: Aug 15 deadline
  • Affiliate appreciation
  • In Germany it will be held.
  • Indian Affiliates have more content contribution than EU affiliates, where they make technical contribution.
  • Affiliate collaboration happens there.
  • More Technology collaboration happens there.
  • Pritiranjan: More on Wikimedia chapters also happens there. -> Movement chapter
    • Notability issue raised by Pritiranjan bhai. No solution provided then.
    • Training was also there like TTT. To bring new people. It was awesome.
      • Bring people from college, school.
      • No long term benefit on giving certificates.
      • Completely volunteering basis it is.
  • Chinmayee: Good strategy brings good result.
    • Gurulal got the inspiration from there.
    • 17/18 age girl is also doing great.
  • Mrutyunjay bhai is keeping busy, so he is not able to contribute.
  • Who will go from Community?
    • Sangram should go.
    • Kara bhai is not giving any report from attending conferences.

• CIS Wikidata campaign we can participate.
• Chinmayee: No new editathons like Asian athletics championship.
  • In WCI, we planned to make different theme based editathons. Good companies.
