Tiago's most memorable book
- The Body keeps the score
- Trauma-related
- Not an easy read

How was this thing that seemed bad, actually good?
- Life, Reality, and experiences are teachers. They will hit you again and again until you accept the thing and learn it.
- Find the truth and reason behind every experience in life. Embrace it.
Increasing and decreasing the chaos in a situation
- Order and Chaos are opposite ends of a spectrum. Try to be in the middle of it.
Dialing up the scope
- Release the rough MVP product ASAP; do not fear the comments from the people; people actually will give better feedback to an MVP.
- The longer you hold onto an idea to make it perfect, the higher the chances of it to never see the light of the day.
It happened to me that I could not shoot and release my 51.20 Word Embedding Tutorial as I was reading and learning all the materials in the world to make it a comprehensive and polished video.
Finding common ground in an altercation
- If there are two extreme end parties, find the common ground between them and build up from there.
Turning annoyance into self-reflection
- You get annoyed by the people who act differently than you constrained yourself to.
- For example, I get annoyed by my roommate keeping things here and there in an unstructured way, i.e., because I disciplined myself to keep myself structured.
- You can try to convince people to change their context on why it always becomes late as we spend time on finding things. But, another person should never be able to annoy you.
Abundance and scarcity mindset
- Abundance and Scarcity are other opposite ends of the spectrum. Both are good at a moderate level.
Extraterrestrials viewing your problems
- Extraterrestrial mental model: If I go to an alien with the problem I am facing now, how will they respond to it? -> This will remove many assumptions and let you see the bigger picture.
Suppressing feelings and how to overcome it
- Do not run away from the feeling that is bothering you; listen to music or write things down, but let that feeling pass on through your body. After this feeling passes away in 30 minutes, you will be restored.
Relieving a bottleneck
- Every system, like your body, mind, this note, website, the laptop, and all, has a bottleneck. To improve the narrowest bottleneck only increases the throughput of the system. Improving anywhere else does not matter.
